Golden LLC (“Golden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data when you use our services.
1. Compliance with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF)
Golden LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth
by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Golden LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal
data received from the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK) in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.
Golden LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing
of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
If there is any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.

2. Personal Information We Collect
Golden LLC collects the following personal information:
- Identifiers: Name and email address.
- Assessment Responses: Answers provided by individuals taking assessments.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, timestamps, and system logs for security and service monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- Generate and deliver assessment reports to the authorized account holder who provided access.
- Maintain security and fraud prevention on our platform.
- Conduct research and analysis (only using de-identified, anonymized data).
Golden LLC does not use your personal data for marketing purposes or sell your information.
4. Data Access and Sharing
- Your assessment results are shared only with the authorized account holder who provided access to the assessment.
- Golden LLC does not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties, except:
- When required by law or regulatory authorities.
- To protect platform security and prevent fraud.
5. Onward Transfers & Organizational Liability
Golden LLC remains liable for onward transfers of personal data to third parties in compliance with the DPF Principles. We take reasonable steps to ensure that all third parties maintain the
same level of data protection required by the DPF.
6. Your Rights
As an assessment participant, you have the right to:
- Access your assessment report through the authorized account holder.
- Request deletion of your personal data by contacting your account holder.
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data, subject to platform requirements.
For requests related to your personal data, please contact the organization or professional who provided you with the assessment.
7. Security and Data Retention
Golden LLC employs:
- Encryption to protect personal data.
- Access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
- Data minimization practices—we do not retain personally identifiable assessment results beyond the necessary period.
- Retention Policy: Your personal data is stored only as long as required by your account holder. Once deleted, only anonymized response data may be retained for research purposes.
8. Compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Oversight
Golden LLC is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the
EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
9. Legal Disclosures & Lawful Requests
Golden LLC may disclose personal information:
- In response to lawful requests from government authorities, including national security and law enforcement requirements.
- As required by subpoena, court order, or legal process.
10. Independent Recourse Mechanism (IRM) & Dispute Resolution
Golden LLC has designated the JAMS as its Independent Recourse Mechanism (IRM) for resolving disputes.

12. Changes to this Privacy Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement periodically. If material changes occur, we will notify users via email or by posting an update on our website. The Effective Date at
the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
