Dr. John Patrick Golden, President of Golden LLC.

Golden LLC's origin is traced to the pioneering work of Rev. Dr. Edward S. Golden, founder of the North East Career Center at Princeton Theological Seminary. In the 1960's Dr. Golden offered psychological assessments to inter-denominational clergy and church staff seeking career direction and life guidance. In 1971 he founded Organizational Renewal Associates, Inc. (ORA) to expand the benefits of career and psychological assessment. In the 1990's, under the leadership of Ed's son, Dr. John Patrick Golden, ORA shifted its mission to include developing and researching its own proprietary line of assessments. In 2004, ORA restructured to focus exclusively on publishing assessments as Golden LLC.
